All items must be paid for, in full, inclusive of postage and packaging, when ordering. Ready-made items will be posted out on Saturdays and Tuesdays once your payment has been cleared.
If there is a problem with your order then please email us with photos of your product so that we can make a decision on how to resolve the issue for you. If our goods do not meet your expectations we will refund on returned items if the goods are in an ‘as sent’ condition in original packaging and with pouches, boxes, cleaning cloths, ink products, or any other items that may have formed part of your returned order, within 14 days of you receiving your item. In these circumstances, the customer is responsible for return postage and packaging.
